The location was great and the facilities were good for families

The staff were friendly. I liked the pool and the breakfast buffet. There are many cafes and restuarants nearby. Almost everything you need is nearby.

The hotel is a little old but well maintained, bath is bit small. But it has a bath tub and shower.

Great location. We were a group of 12 including teenagers and seniors. There was something for everybody.

Lack of communication after booking and BEFORE checkin. Hotel management ignored ALL my questions pertinent to our group, messages, emails and phone calls.

Breakfast was great everyday. The hotel staffs were all very helpful and extremly accomodating to our requests. The food from the pool side cafe was not so good compared to the quality of the breakfast served. The bedrooms were perfect for my family.

Elevator was outdated.

Staff great / pool nice /food good . Have stayed there 4 times and found it to be idea for my needs. Would recommend to any traveler Room was always clean and staff very polite..

If you are wanting to enjoy the sea side without the rowdy crowd in North Pattaya, Jomtien is the place. This hotel serves the best. Located across the road from the beach, the property is huge. But everything is good and well managed. Kudos to the staff for organising and managing these number of guests. They have a great pool. Jomtien night market, restaurants, massages, laundry, everything is closeby. And if you want to explore North Pattaya, tuktuks are available all throughout. Will come back again.

One of the worst hotels i stayed in my life

This is one of the worst accommodations I have ever stayed in. First of all, the conditions were extremely bad, and the cleanliness was very poor. In the first room we stayed in, there were insects in the room, and it was in very bad condition. Water was leaking and flooding outside the room. Because of this, we asked to change to another room.In the second room, there were also insects, including cockroaches. The cleanliness was still extremely poor, and the overall condition was unacceptable. The service was very bad, and there was nothing good about this accommodation. I do not recommend it at all.

The room floor is dirty, the towel were white but not well-washed, indoor slippers were dirty.It was not a pleasant hotel and NOT a 4 star quality.I would call it is a 2-star hotel.

There is a ten-pin bowling (paid) in the resort.

Very outdated, the toilet shower box couldn't stop the water from leaking onto the toilet floor.

This is a hotel that was the site of the worst fire in the history of Thailand in 1997. I think about 91 people were killed. The structure of the hotel apparently was okay after the fire, and the hotel was rebuilt and reopened some years later. It's rather tired inside. The staff seemed kind of indifferent to everything. My room size was good and pretty comfortable. Dated furniture. Had a nice pool, but lots of steps. I'm not sure if the entire property was totally barely free. I bought the daily buffet breakfast included in my room. I don't think I'd bother with that. It really wasn't very good. It's right across the street from the beach so the location is good. Lots of healing pains and chipped plaster.... Not sure I would stay here again but the car we are better values along this strip. Dec 2026Rate Paid: US$65\night

Poor services, old and not so clean room. Got changed to other Wing without advance notification with poor excuse from the hotel.

It is clean and close to the beach.

They had so many items in the breakfast but we could hardly eat anything as there were no fish or halal meat options. I hope next time they include a halal chicken or halal beef option and also a fish option. Then it will be superb!

Great breakfast. Very good location.

Shower did not drain properly. Older properly, but other than the shower issue, pretty well maintained.

They do a good job of trying to cater to everyone.

Was tipping the boy making up the room 40 baht every day until he didn't stock the coffee tray and wasn't really cleaning anything. I cut him off.
